LIGHTHOUSE Consulting began in 1996 with a simple question - how can we live our values and help to transform our community? Our commitment to education and social justice began long before then, but sensing the lack of leadership grappling with demographic changes in our community moved us to action. Since then, LIGHTHOUSE Consulting has guided organizations large and small to improved performance and equity.
SERVICES
Many of our schools and nonprofit organizations find themselves caught in the swirl of governmental regulations and community demands to better serve all of the members of our society. LIGHTHOUSE offers consultation, research and evaluation services to confidently steer through these challenges.
PROJECTS
There is a growing body of research on the ways that schools, institutions and nonprofits transform in order to meet the needs of a diverse community. We have written policies and strategic plans, coached leaders and boards, and guided organizations towards their equity aspirations and concrete goals.
CLIENTS
We work as thought partners with leaders who share our passion to make the world a better place. Our clients are educational and public institutions, foundations and nonprofits - they range from a small, community-based organization just down the street to the largest foundation in the world (yeah, that one).
