Evaluation

In addition to traditional measures of performance and efficiency, donors, philanthropies and governmental funders increasingly use equity-based indicators to shed light on the performance of their investments. An emerging subspecialty in the field, equity-based evaluations holds promise as a more realistic assessment of how a social change agency is serving all the members of its community.

 

LIGHTHOUSE Consulting involves its  evaluation clients in determining or refining a theory of change and developing appropriate indicators of performance. This  participatory approach illuminates organizational barriers and needs, leading to concise recommendations and action plans that empower program, executive and board clients to drive towards the equitable outcomes that their communities demand.
